WHAT'S FLOORBALL?
Floorball is a type of floor hockey with five field players and a goalkeeper on each team. Men and women team play indoors with a long stick and a plastic ball with holes. matches are played in three periods and each periods consist of twenty minutes play time. 

Floorball was developed in the 1960s & 1970s in Sweden. Floorball is the most popular sport where it has been developed the longest and it spread world wide. As of 2014, there are over 300,133 registered floorball players worldwide under the Interntional organization called International Floorball Federation (IFF).

OUR STORY
Founded in 2002, Selangor Floorball Association is the pioneer of Floorball in the Klang Valley area and is the main organization of Floorball in Selangor Darul Ehsan. In the early days, started by playing at the grounds of University of Malaya by a small group of floorball enthusiasts armed with a keen interest in actively promoting the sport to the masses regardless of their background.
